Define one organizational problem, one desired result, and the decision it should inform.
This form collects a proposal from an employer, university, nonprofit, public institution, or community organization. It does not create a partnership, assign contributors, or guarantee that a test will be accepted.
Test a bounded Objective
Propose one result, decision owner, scope, and stopping condition. A test begins only after both sides agree to the terms.
Propose compensated project work
A paid project may be considered when the deliverable, compensation, ownership, access, review, and privacy terms can be stated before work begins.
Offer review or domain knowledge
An organization may also offer a real test environment, accountable review, or subject-matter context without promising employment or endorsement.
Start with fit
Start with a bounded Objective, not a general partnership pitch.
Name the desired result, the beneficiary, the role or governing body authorized to accept or reject it, the resources your organization can provide, the acceptance criteria, and the first known constraint. If the proposal fits a current founding test and capacity exists, a steward may suggest a bounded next step. No shared workspace or work commitment opens until scope, authority, terms, privacy, compensation, and stopping conditions are agreed. Good-faith private engagement is not converted into a surprise public campaign or employee monitoring. That promise does not purchase silence or favorable findings: separate public-interest work requires its own scope, evidence, response rights, and publication decision, and does not repurpose private intake material.
