Public transparency
Responses published only with explicit, active permission.
This ledger contains Commander-authored responses and outcomes—not contact details, original submissions, private allegations, exploit material, account links, or internal review notes.
Public response ledger
Receipt references are non-secret. They identify the response without granting access to private status.
No consented public responses have been published yet.
Consent starts off.
A contribution appears only when the submitter explicitly permits a response or outcome to be published.
A Commander authors the public record.
Raw user submissions are never mirrored automatically into this ledger.
Withdrawal unpublishes immediately.
The private capability can revoke permission while preserving bounded consent evidence for accountability.
A missing entry does not mean a contribution was ignored or rejected. It may be private, awaiting review, closed without publication, withdrawn, past its retention boundary, or on another ledger page.
